For your comfort we suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start of your treatment. Failure to do so may result in your treatment being cut down or not being done at the scheduled time, with a 100% surcharge.
Booking your appointment well in advance is highly recommended to avoid disappointment: but walk-in appointments may also be available if we have space to fit you in.
Cancellation & Changes: Please notify the salon staff at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time if you are unable to attend and would like to change the booking day and time.
No refunds are given on treatments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. Deposits are not refundable on any treatments.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your booked appointment the duration will be reduced accordingly.
To secure your appointments we will ask for pre-payment for appointments before 11am and after 5pm on any day, and for all appointments on Sundays. We will also ask for deposits for treatments at busy times.
If we have to cancel an appointment on the day due to a therapist unable to come to work, we will offer you the option of rescheduling the appointment with another therapist on the same day but we may not be able to offer you the same time. If you are unable to change the timing of your appointment we will offer you another day with a 10% discount on your treatment and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
All times quoted include treatment, preparation and consultation.

Regretfully, late arrival for your appointment will constitute a reduced treatment time.
Please note, any previously booked treatments not taken or changed on the day will still incur a 100% surcharge.
Treatments and facilities are not be suitable for under-12s.
Some of our treatments are available in courses (minimum of 5). You pay in advance and get the 6th treatment FREE. Ask in the spa for more information.
We offer a 20% student discount off any single individual treatment with a valid NUS card. Proof of a student card will be required before every treatment.
Any discounts offered are not available on combination treatments or packages as they are already discounted and can't be used with any other special offers available.
Any behaviour found to be inappropriate will result in the treatment being terminated immediately but will be charged in full.
In order to maintain a peaceful environment we ask that mobile phones be turned off in our salon area.
Alcohol should not be consumed prior to treatments.
